EB People Consulting was founded by Emma Bleeks, a senior HR leader with over 20 years’ experience partnering with organisations through growth, transformation and complex people challenges. Her career spans global Financial Services, Outsourcing and FinTech, with senior leadership experience across the UK, Europe, North America and Latin America.

Emma is a Chartered CIPD Member with deep expertise in NI and GB employment practice, organisational culture, leadership development and employee relations. She is known for her calm, empathetic style, her ability to build trust quickly, and her commitment to delivering practical, ethical and commercially sound solutions.

Senior Vice President with international Investment Bank – leading HR Business Partners across a 3,900‑employee region, delivering on people strategy, organisational design, leadership capability, culture and complex case management.

Interim Head of UK ER Advisory & Policy – managing complex ER cases, policy development, tribunal work and capability building.

Operations & HR Leadership in Global Outsourcing – leading multilingual global teams, driving customer experience, building leadership pipelines, and embedding values‑based performance frameworks.

Early HR roles in FinTech and Logistics – grounding her experience in high‑volume ER, recruitment, engagement and manager capability.
