EB People Consulting respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
We only collect the information we need to respond to enquiries, deliver our HR consultancy services, and manage our business. This may include contact details and, where we support clients with people matters, employee information provided to us by our clients.
We do not sell personal data and only share information with trusted third parties where necessary to deliver services or meet legal obligations.
You have rights over your personal data, including the right to access, correct or request deletion of your information.

We act as a data controller for the purposes of UK data protection law, except where stated otherwise below.

- Job title or role
- Business name and address

- Telephone number (if voluntarily provided)

As part of our HR consultancy services, we may also receive personal data and special category data relating to employees or workers. Where this occurs, the information is provided to us by our client in connection with the services we are contracted to deliver. You confirm that you have obtained the appropriate authority and lawful basis to share this information with us.

We process personal data under one or more of the following lawful bases:
- Contract, where processing is necessary to deliver services to you
- Legal obligation, where we are required to retain information by law
- Legitimate interests, where processing is necessary for business administration, service delivery, service improvement or communication, and does not override your rights
- Consent, where you have explicitly agreed to receive marketing communications
- Special category data is processed only where a lawful condition under UK GDPR applies, such as where processing is necessary for employment matters, legal claims or statutory obligations.
4. Controller and processor roles
In relation to personal data relating to our clients, EB People Consulting acts as a data controller.
In relation to employee or worker personal data provided by clients as part of HR consultancy services, EB People Consulting generally acts as a data processor and processes such data only in accordance with client instructions and contractual obligations.

We use personal data to:
- Provide HR consultancy and advisory services
- Communicate with you about enquiries or ongoing work
- Liaise with authorised third parties on your behalf
- Manage billing, administration and record keeping
